Fishing Locations in and around the Eden Valley in Cumbria
We are blessed with some fantastic fishing in Cumbria. There is excellent Brown Trout and Grayling fishing on the Rivers Eden, Eamont and Lowther - all great rivers in their own rights. We also have Ullswater and Haweswater in the lake District, which hold good numbers of feisty Trout.
The River Eden is approximately 90 miles long and travels from source to Sea in the beautiful Eden Valley. Access can be arranged to many parts of the river ranging from the upper reaches around Kirkby Stephen and Appleby down to Penrith and middle Eden around Lazonby and then onto lower Eden near Carlisle...
The River Eamont is the Main tributary of the River Eden. It flows out of Ullswater for approximately 13 miles before joining the Eden. It is a great river in it's own right, offering very good fly fishing in beautiful surroundings
